Bluestone’s newest Leasing Consultant Payton Hatten might be young, but he knows about moving. Due to his mother’s career, they moved a lot while he was growing up. He attended seven schools before graduating high school, and they finally moved to Omaha from Lincoln during his junior year. “We moved in, got all our stuff settled, then the next week the lockdown happened. We were stuck in an unfamiliar place and had nothing else to do but learn our house.” 

Luckily, that didn’t spoil Omaha for him, which he likes even more than Lincoln—especially the downtown and midtown areas. “It’s got a lot of excitement in the air, just a feeling of progress with all the new construction.”

At home, cats Lily and Luna take up a lot of his time. He also enjoys reading fantasy, watching movies, and playing board games like Monopoly and Catan. And of course video games, specifically ones that he can play with friends.

When Payton wants to be outside, he swims and longboards or ice skates. Although still working on the ice-skating portion it hasn't stopped him from trying to get better. 

As for travel, Payton recently returned from a trip to Cancun. He has an eclectic wish list for his next journey: Rome, Belize, or New Zealand. Because the Bluestone fam is chock-a-block with travelers, he will no doubt pick up some recommendations for good things to do in these very different destinations. For now, though, he’s happy to be here.
